Phalcon Windows download missing for PHP 5.6, 2.0.10 NTS x86

The link is set to https://static.phalcon.io/www/files/phalcon_x86_vc11_php5.6.0_2.0.10_nts.zip but that just takes you to a 404 page.

I just tested it and it works. I guess it was fixed already

That's odd, it still doesn't work for me. Goes to Error 404 page.

It's a Firefox specific issue for me. I just tried in IE and Chrome and it worked fine.
