Hello, I just install PHALCON on my computer. I want to create a project via the command line. I tried to follow the tutorial: https://vimeo.com/63022489. But my cmd does not recognize the commands, could help me?

Note: I use the windows system.

You must have to Phalcon Developer tool, you can see at https://github.com/phalcon/phalcon-devtools
