The Blog post about the release of Phalcon 2.0.13 mentions that you can download the Windows DLL on the download page. However, I only see DLL's for 2.1.0.RC1, 2.0.9 and 2.0.10 there.
Did I miss something? Or are the DLL's for 2.0.13 just not yet available?
