Legal: Usage of Phalcon name in products

Hi there,

I don't know if this is the right place to ask this question. But what is Phalcon's stage on legal name usage. My team and I are working on an ERP system and we were thinking about naming it after Phalcon in honor of its beautiful framework.

Can we legally do this without infringing any copyrights or trademarks. We'll copyright our own logo of course, but nothing else. Is this okay?

Phalcon is an open-source PHP framework built as a C-extension. It is available under the new BSD License.
