Phalcon project doesn't have a config.ini file

I have created a new Phalcon project using the developer tools. I was reading the Developer Tools documentation. In the "Preparing Database Settings" section it says to edit your config.ini file. However, in the project I created, there is no config.ini. I am using Phalcon 3.0.0

Try.

phalcon project --use-config-ini --type=simple --name MyProject
