Hi, can we get Phalcon 3.0 LTS as separate branch at https://packagecloud.io/phalcon please?

Actually stable version automatically installs 3.1 and there is no possibility, how to use LTS version with packagecloud.

apt-get install php7.0-phalcon=3.0.4 ? or something like this

Also whole phalcon 3 is LTS, we are following semver so you are safe to install phalcon 3.1.

Keep in mind that 3.0.x will only have security fixes, any bug fixes will be done on 3.1.x right now, after release 3.2.0, bug fixes will be for 3.2.x and so on.
