urls are needlessly encoded

I tried to paste a link but found that urls with underscores appear to be encoded incorrectly:

the url as a link

I think the markdown parser should adhere to needing a space before / after the underscore before converting to italics as well?

Issue present for a long time.

IDK why markdown parser isn't standard one used by GitHub/GitLab, that doesn't have those issues.

I've created new PR which fixed this problem. I suppose it'll be implemented in next release. PR link
