Error 500 -Internal Server Error, phalcon htaccess

Hello, I have "Internal Server Error", I have installed Phalcon 3.2, Apache 2.4 rewrite modules and active headers ... I do not know what to do, the error is not solved. Apache error_log shows me the following: "End of script output before headers: ea-php56"

Hi richard the Internal Server Error message is generated by Apache check your .htaccess or the installation

.htaccess from html 5 boiler plate is a very good example
