Http\Response\Cookies interfaces

Why the Phalcon\Http\Response\Cookies class doesn't implements the Phalcon\Http\Response\CookiesInterface? This class implements only Phalcon\DI\InjectionAwareInterface. Phalcon\Http\Response->setCookies() requires the instance of Phalcon\Http\Response\CookiesInterface.
