Question about licenses.

Hi, I need help with licenses.

I have a framework/cms that uses Phalcon (I m not distributing Phalcon itself), this framework/cms I want to share with clients, they only can modify and send pull-request. I can copyright all the work and by contract specify what they can do?

Phancon uses the BSD 3 license. I think you can use without problems
