This class is missing in Phalcon 4.x version kindly help how can I get that class file.
You need to use Phalcon\Logger\Adapter\Stream now

$logger = new \Phalcon\Logger\Adapter\Stream("app/logs/test.log");
$logger->log("This is a message");
$logger->log(\Phalcon\Logger::ERROR, "This is an error");
