Error: "Unable to write to" using web tools on Windows 8.1 XAMPP

Can some please help me on this issue:

OS: Windows 8.1 Stack: XAMPP

When I try to generate controllers, models, etc Iget this following error

Hello Rommuel, i didn't tested the framework on windows but i think the problem is in the path ".../app....".

Maybe the user XAMPP employs to run Apache does not have permissions to write on that directory

sorry for the late response. i manage to change the permissions of the folders (silly me). thanks for your kind response guys
