How to install phalcon extension in zend server for windows

PHP Version 5.3.28 Compiler MSVC9 (Visual C++ 2008) Architecture x86 OS Windows 7 64 bit

Above all are my computer's and server's configuration, but I do not know how to install phalcon extension. According to my php version , I can not find the right phalcon's download files.

Does anyone have any experience about this situation?

You have to use this DLL there:

https://static.phalcon.io/files/phalcon_x86_VC9_php5.3.9_1.3.4_nts.zip
