ORM isNew

Phalcon's ORM has something like isNew?

Currently I'm use:

{% if user.getID() %}
    {{ 'Edit user ' ~ user.name }}
{% else %}
    {{ 'New user' }}
{% endif %}

but not sure that it is correct.

Phalcon 1.3.x please.
