Remove extension for upgrade on Linux

Hey !

I'm looking for the best way to remove the version 1.1

then i will be able to do a clean install of the 1.2

Obviously it is a Linux install ;)

sudo ./install overwrites the existing phalcon.so anyways, so there's no need to remove anything before the upgrade.
