hello, could you add some new feather?

In EventsManager, how can my listeners to be able to modify arguments such that later listeners or the triggering method can see the changes.
In Logger, I want some add FILTER to logger like Zend_Log： https://framework.zend.com/manual/1.12/en/zend.log.filters.html
