First, phalconphp offers out of the box a plenty of usefull features.
Phalcon's incubator is a set of dedicated phalcon libraries.
Otherwise, guzzle is pretty good if your phalcon app has to consume REST service.

- but need i to use imagecache class(composer) its seems phalcon has not image cache ,
- and when i need to crop image its availble class in phalcon
You do not need any third party library: phalcon's has:
- image adapter https://docs.phalcon.io/en/latest/api/Phalcon_Image_Adapter.html to manipulate images
- an advanced caching system https://docs.phalcon.io/en/latest/reference/cache.html
