windows dll Download returns 404

Been trying to download since 2PM IST. all window dll downloads return 404. Something wrong?

I am not sure what is going on, perhaps a lag on our CDN service since we recently changed it.

I just clicked the file and it downloaded just fine.

You can always pick the files up from github
