How loading winginx on the phalcon? Have resources?

1. Download dll from https://phalcon.io/en/download/windows
2. Copy dll to folder for php extensions in winginx
3. Add extension=php_phalcon.dll to php.ini

Or use vagrant it's more powerfull:

• https://phalcon.io/en/download/vagrant - pre-installed phalcon, but pre-configured, so make some change is not comfortable
• https://puphpet.com/ - for setup phalcon need bash script but can configure any what you want (bash script І can send you if needed)
