Check if database exists

Hi guys,

Does Phalcon support database utilities function like CodeIgniter does with https://ellislab.com/codeigniter/user-guide/database/utilities.html where you can check if a database exists, create a new database, and so on?

I have searched around but there isn't seem to be such library yet.
