Hello,

i moved my code to my new Macbook/Mojave and now i get this message from localhost.

You don't have permission to access /my/public/ on this server.

But when i use:

/my/users

It is working.

I changed in httpd.conf User to admin and Group to staff, also Override to All, LoadModule rewrite is also enabled.
