Okay guys, I'm just beginning to learn the phalcon framework, I'm reading tutorials, but there is always one problem they all say that i need the devtools installed. I have tried many times to get it to work. But i simply can't get it to work, i have at least tried 12 times. i think where i getting it wrong is setting the paths.
I set them like this C:\xampp\php;C:\phalcon-devtools-master
I'm on windows 10
i use XAMPP Version 7.2.4, and phalcon version 3.4.2
when i run the command it saids 'phalcon' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
im getting annoyed that i cant get this to work, I hope you guys might help me
