create-project is not worked

Hi,

After finishing installation of phalcon and devtools, I tried to command "create-project demo1" but it is not worked

"https://localhost/demo1" is not worked and demo1 is not existed in the directory

Also I tried to command "phalcon info" as below:

I have changed to ubuntu and I finally made "create-project demo1" and it is worked
