Phalcon 2.0 - is it/can it be a drop-in replacement for Phalcon 1.3.0?

Hello Phalcon guys, got a simple question for you.

I've an app that's based on 1.3.x branch. I'd like to move to 2.0, which I Zephir-based.

I understand that there may be some differences, but in general, can I expect 2.0 work in the same way 1.3 works?

I'm talking about functionality, class/constant names and so on.

Obviously, I'm eager to move on to 2.0 as I'll be able to tweak it in any way I like using brand-new Zephir language.

The devs have expressed the strong desire to make this possible. In both Google Hangout events, Nikolaos said they are aiming to have as close to perfect compatibility between 1.3 and 2.0. They will document any differences, if they do exist.

I'm sure the devs will have more specific information about this when 2.0 is complete.
