Have downloaded phalcon multi module project from getlib. But wanted to work on it using Web tool of phalcon. As was not able to enable web tool to multi module project. And yes have enabled it to single module project created by command line. Will you please help me for

1). How to Generate Phalcon Multimodule project Using Commandline on Windows?

2). How to Enable Webtools To it?

3).How to Enable Webtools to Downloaded Multi Module Project From Github?
