How to update phalcon to latest version on webfaction

I installed Phalcon on WebFaction and have 1.3.2 Alpha 1. I do I update it to 1.3.x final/stable release?

Hi, I am not sure, i built the new phalcon release [tagged 1.3.2 and dev-master branch] but still the devtools just say it Phalcon DevTools (1.3.2 ALPHA 1)
