Hi, I just installed Phalcon for windows Phalcon 1.3.4 - Windows x86 for PHP 5.6.0 (VC11) (https://static.phalcon.io/files/phalcon_x86_VC11_php5.6.0_1.3.4.zip) and I keep getting the following error:
Non-free csssminifier not available
please can anyone tell me if there is a workaround or do i need to wait for an updated dll?

This is bug that I've reported 4 month ago. I suggest you to switch to Phalcon version 2 too.
This is a beta version but I'm sure that it works more reliable that version 1.3.x.
I've used v2 in 2 production project whitout any problem.
