Using Phalcon Commandline

Hello,

I've been visited this short video and saw that he is using "phalcon ..." in his command line. https://vimeo.com/63022489

I wanna use this too on my vagrant box (first of these) https://phalcon.io/de/download/vagrant

Im still new in Phalcon and have just some experience with linux.
