Update and download again Phalcon developer tools but now the page is left blank when I visit http: //localhost/tesis/webtools.php but earlier if the folder showed me the only thing I did was replace the old with the new folder run the file /phalcon.sh
Have you tried running phalcon webtools enable in the project root again?
Si abilite y deshabilite las web tools desde el terminal, pero me sigue en blanco con la version anterior 2.07 si funciona puesto solo le cambio el nombre de la carpeta
